“When I brought the Cera bakeware home for testing, I didn't know where to start
I had my doubts as to whether it was really going to be nonstick, but figured I might as well jump in head first and start with some baked eggs—if they didn't stick, chances were nothing else would. Once the eggs were cooled, I began carefully flipping the dish onto a cutting board, but before I could manage to turn it over the eggs came sliding out! I continued on to try brownies, cakes, stuffings and bread pudding, having the same result every single time. When I grease regular glass bakeware, I still expect some sticking. There is no need to grease Cera bakeware, and it's truly some of the best nonstick I've ever seen!”
