French company Canasuc, based in the tiny village of Ury about an hour’s drive south of Paris, has been creating a wide range of innovative sugars for more than 25 years. The design of their candy sticks, decorated sugar and molded sugars all start with a drawing, and sometimes dozens of prototypes are made before each is finalized.
