They hand-craft cured meat products, working with only premium all-natural ingredients that are sourced with minimal waste and a limited carbon footprint. Coro knows that good food takes a village—their name, the Italian word for “chorus,” is a nod to the concert of inventive flavors in their products, as well as the team of makers and producers behind their cured meats.
