Heat in oven until hot or use on the stovetop as a griddle to sear scallops, fish, jumbo shrimp, chicken, pork, vegetables or lamb. Then use the detachable handle to bring it to the table and set on the included wooden plate for serving. It’s the perfect size for dishes like fajitas or sizzling stir-fried noodles, like our Stir-Fried Broccoli and Noodles.
Compatible with electric and induction stovetops, open flame, or on the grill. Oven and toaster oven-safe. Take care when hand-washing, like with all cast iron. Dry thoroughly and lightly oil after use.
