Soom Chocolate Tahini
I liked this stuff so much that a half-eaten jar sits in my office at Milk Street. It is so addictive that I just spoon it out of the jar. However, it would make a great filling for a sandwich cookie or added to a brownie batter or used in a chocolate mousse. Or, of course, you can just spread it on toast for a midday snack. And please don’t ask about the calorie counts!
