HOW TO USE

Ideal for salads and vegetables, try this vinegar in vinaigrettes and dressings; it would pair especially well with our Arugula Salad with Roasted Grapes. It’s a perfect finish for roasted or caramelized vegetables—try it in place of the sherry vinegar in our Spanish-Style Roasted Vegetables with Sherry Vinegar. And a splash adds brightness and depth to soups, stews and braised dishes. Stir in a teaspoon at the end of cooking our Beef, Orange and Olive Stew (Boeuf à la Gardiane).
