Wisconsin-based Fireworks Popcorn specializes in heirloom, GMO-free popcorn grown entirely by small farmers in the Midwest. We’re offering a set of three 15-ounce containers featuring some their most popular varieties. Red River Valley’s medium-sized, deep red kernels pop up into crisp, snow-white popcorn with a rich flavor. Savanna Gold corn has large, deep yellow kernels that produce butter-yellow popcorn with a surprisingly creamy texture. Wisconsin White Birch is your classic white popcorn, with medium-sized, pale yellow kernels that pop up super-light and ultra-crisp; the mild corn flavor pairs well with any seasonings you like. How to Use: Pop your kernels however you like, whether that’s in an electric air popper or in a wok with plenty of ghee. As far as seasonings go, it’s up to your palate and preference. Keep it simple with melted butter, salt and a dusting of an umami-rich seasoning blend, like our Flavor Jolt. We recommend our Spiced Popcorn, which uses a tarka-style seasoned butter to infuse the entire bowl with heat, complex savoriness and a touch of sweetness.
