Stony Brook Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil

It has a pronounced nuttiness and roasted squash flavor, with a subtle sweetness and balance between fruity and vegetal notes—you'll love the extra botanical depth compared to supermarket versions. The final oil is complex and fragrant, with a crisp, almost vegetal note on top of the buttery quality you'd expect.
