Shriji Crafts Sheesham Wooden Tabletop Masala Dabba
Indian cooks keep their most frequently used spices close at hand in a convenient container called a masala dabba. This one is handmade from stunning sheesham wood and features a glass top and nine removable spice cups—so it’s easy to keep things neat when using and refilling the masala dabba. It also comes with a lovely hand-carved wooden spoon. While there are a few core traditional spices that often make an appearance, the contents of a masala dabba is up to the cook, so it can vary. Feel free to add your favorite spices and spice blends. Chris keeps his stocked with basics like cumin, coriander and Aleppo pepper in addition to his go-to seasoning blends za'atar and schichimi.

Shriji Crafts Wooden Sheesham Chakla and Belan
This handcrafted chakla and belan set is designed to help you roll out the perfect Indian flatbreads, but it also comes in handy for pastry crusts, pizza dough and so much more. It’s made from sheesham wood: a durable, moisture-resistant material that will last you a lifetime. We love that it doesn’t taper at the ends—so you get the maximum rolling surface area—and features comfortable handles that add extra control. Plus, rust-proof nylon bearings keep it rolling smoothly. And the size and shape of the round chakla (board) ensures that counters stay clean while providing just enough surface area to work your roti-making magic.
