El Molcajete 8 oz Arbol Chilies

Hot, sharp and bright, these small and skinny arbol chilies, which are related to cayenne peppers, punch well above their weight. We use them whole in dishes for nuanced spice (and pull them out before serving) or crushed like red chili flakes for extra heat (crumble between your fingers, mince with coarse salt or pulse in a spice mill).
