El Molcajete 8 oz Chilies Guajillo

These surprisingly supple and glossy guajillo chilies pack a fruity, almost citrusy flavor and moderate heat. We use them on their own for sauces, like our pork chops with peanut-guajillo sauce or blended with earthier ancho or New Mexico chilies in dishes like our New Mexican style carne adovada. Try toasting, grinding and adding to your favorite chili recipe or dusting over roasted sweet potatoes or winter squash tossed with honey.
