HOW TO USE

We love this crumble’s unique blend of flavor and texture, making it the perfect table-top addition for sprinkling as you eat as you might with flaky salt or sesame seeds. It adds nuance to noodles, roasted veggies, salads and more. You can even mix a few tablespoons into your breading blend for crispy cutlets of chicken or pork or use it to give broiled proteins like fish textural interest—like in our Seared Za’atar Swordfish, simply replace the spices with the crumble.

Kitchen Notes

The crumble is relatively moist because of the natural oil content of all the ingredients. For a crunchier texture, spread on a pan and bake in a low oven (225-250F) for a few minutes to lightly toast.
