HOW TO USE

Add this chutney to cheese boards; it’s particularly good with blue cheeses like Great Hill, Baley Hazen or Gorgonzola Dolce, or with aged cheddars. It also pairs well with pork, turkey, duck or game—replace the mostarda in our Pan-Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apple and Cherry Mostarda with a few tablespoons of the chutney to taste, mixed with half a cup of water. Try the chutney as a spread on sandwiches, like prosciutto and Brie or cheddar and roast beef, or make sweet-and-savory tartlets: add a spoonful of jam to mini tart shells and top with blue cheese.
