Boska Partyclette To Go Raclette Set $32.99

The phenomenon of raclette has actually been a dining experience since 1921.

Otherwise known as an outdoor meal of vegetables and raclette cheese warmed by a campfire, farmers from Valais in Western Switzerland, were the first to eat it. Traditionally, a wheel of raclette cheese was cut in half and placed near the fire until it began to melt and was scraped onto veggies such as boiled potatoes, pickled onions, gherkins, capers, and more.

Not sure how you’d use it?

We test everything we sell. Here’s how we’d use this.

Light tea lights, add your cheese to the pan, set the pan on top of the lit base and allow cheese to heat. You’ll have melted cheese in minutes. In the absence of raclette cheese, Gruyère, Emmental, Fontina or any mixture of these good melting cheese will work well.
