HOW TO USE

Substitute this vinegar anywhere you would use a white wine or white balsamic vinegar. It pairs wonderfully with earthy flavors like mushrooms (you can add a splash as they sauté) and punchy cheese like blue cheese or goat cheese. The honey and baked fruit flavors in the vinegar are just begging to be tossed with a crisp apple salad studded with toasted walnuts and crumbled blue cheese. On the savory side, you can add to our Risotto in place of white balsamic—it’ll add tang and a sweetness that mingles beautifully with the herbs.
