On the hunt for eye-catching yet functional knives for everyday use, we stumbled upon the Chopper King Jinlong Cinnamon Knife. Crafted with sturdy Japanese steel and made in Taiwan, this unique, hard-to-find knife features heft for butchery and a pointed tip for finesse. The durable, rustic wooden handle with exposed tang complements the extremely sharp, tall blade, which has a slight curve for easy rock chopping and a fine tip for detail work. While capable of handling almost anything, we recommend it for breaking down large pieces of meat for stews and stir-fries, accomplishing butchery tasks like boning out chicken thighs and cleaning skin, along with mincing herbs and vegetables. The subtle curved blade works best for rock chopping bundles of herbs, scallions, ginger, garlic and capers.
