HOW TO USE

Use instead of plain chile powder or instead of plain salt in simple recipes— it’s a 2 for the price of 1 ingredient! It’s lovely with shredded meats like chicken or beef—like in our Pulled Chicken with Tomatoes, Chilies and Cilantro (just substitute for the salt)—or tossed with veggies before roasting. It’s also exceptional on tropical fruits like mango and pineapple with a squeeze of lime (or in our Chili-Lime Melon Salad). And when the summer heat strikes, use it to rim a Chili Pineapple Margarita or any Mezcal cocktail.
