This taller XF model is designed so that you can fill up and leave to drip, combining pour-over and immersion brewing methods. The set includes a 20-ounce carafe made of hand-blown borosilicate glass, which has a longer heat retention and a double-wall construction—this makes the glass safe to touch when the carafe is full of hot coffee.
