Try this mayonnaise in place of plain for sandwiches, dips, and sauces or dressings. The tart floral flavors of the yuzu work particularly well with fish and chicken, much like a finishing squeeze of lemon or lime.
Try adding some finely grated garlic to this mayonnaise for a quick yuzu aioli. It makes a wonderful condiment for fried food.
