Hand-forged with traditional blacksmithing techniques and blackened to look like twigs, this set of 4 cheese tools—a cheese knife, spreader, plane and shaver—balance luxury finish with comfortable use. The tools’ handles lie flat, so they won’t roll around on a cheese plate or board, while the heads are carefully shaped (or include large cut-outs, in the case of the shaver) to prevent cheese from sticking. Note that pitting is natural during the forging process; it adds to the cheese set’s beauty and organic look and feel.
