We test everything we sell. Here’s how we’d use this.
Serve everything from sushi rolls, to sliced baguettes, to dessert tarts. Or use as a dramatic base for a charcuterie and cheese board.
Handwash with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly with a towel. Never soak or submerge in water, run in a dishwasher, or use in a microwave. Placing hot pots or pans on your board can result in a lasting burn mark. We suggest conditioning your board regularly with J.K. Adams’ Mineral Oil and Beeswax Wood Conditioner to keep your surface water resistant and splinter free, plus bring out its lustrous grain.
With more than 70 years of experience, Vermont’s J.K. Adams is one of the top names in wood cutting boards. They mill high-quality boards from a variety of woods in countless shapes and sizes to suit any need.
