Try this with our Fresh Egg Pasta or any favorite recipe for a fresh pasta dough, rolled out to a 1 or 2 thickness level on a pasta maker. Spoon filling on to one sheet before topping with another sheet of pasta. Press the cutter around the filling firmly to cut it and seal the filling inside.
