HOW TO USE

Use to make soups and stews. We especially like using it to make our Miso Soup with Shiitake Mushrooms and Poached Eggs, Tofu and Kimchi Soup or Udon Noodles in Soy Broth.

Kitchen Notes

Safe for use on gas and induction cooktops, the grill or any open flame. Season before use. Not dishwasher safe. To avoid rusting, wipe dry immediately after cleaning.
