Ohishi Nashiji Wa-Hiraki Utility Knife

This stout, moderately-sized utility knife is ideal for all manner of small butchering, peeling, chopping and prep work. The blade is made from a carbon steel blade sandwiched between two stainless steel layers. This construction method, called Sanmai, reduces maintenance while still providing a razor-sharp carbon steel edge. The comfortable oval handle is made from magnolia wood.
