Baskets are a grill’s best friend: They allow for delicate foods to be grilled without damage from sticking or falling through the grate. Because the items are corralled in the basket, you can easily flip them with a wide metal spatula in one swift move, saving time and effort. The stainless steel basket itself heats up, while the perforations allow heat to directly cook your food.
