Salt Odyssey Sea Salt Flakes with Organic Paprika $10.95

These natural, artisan sea salts begin in the waters of salinas of Messolonghi—a natural habitat of wild life in western Greece.

Production commences in the early springtime, when seawater is channeled and then left to dry by the summer sun and wind before being harvested in September. Using a traditional technique, the salt is washed with brine to remove unwanted solids, revealing a pure, mineral-rich salt.

Use as a flavorful finisher for any dish—even sweet ones! We suggest sprinkling it atop fruity plates such as our Chili-Lime Melon Salad (the paprika is like a non-spicy sister of chili) or rich chocolatey ones like our Chocolate tart or a dark chocolate ice cream. It also works especially well with our Avocado and Arugala Salad with Smoked Almonds and Spanish “Stew in a Skillet.”
