Try this salt spray anywhere you want a little extra salt and seasoning. We like it for seasoning roasted vegetables or meat; spraying on to hot and cold noodle dishes; or adding to dips or soy sauce. Spray it on sandwiches or quesadillas or use in place of hot sauce, especially for dry wings. All of Kleiner Bär’s flavors are excellent for misting on fried food. The pepper salt spray works great on seafood, everything from sushi, shrimp cocktail and the raw bar to fried New England seafood, fish and chips and roasted fish. It’s also excellent on comfort food and chicken dishes, like fried or roast chicken and mashed potatoes. Try a spritz on tacos, eggs, bruschetta, caprese salads, beef tartare or burrata. Add a spray to potato chips and popcorn.
