The atomizer releases an even mist of wasabi-infused liquid salt, which is perfect for adding a touch of heat to sushi or rice—and applies more evenly than sprinkling salt from your hand. We were impressed by the noticeable wasabi flavor and its signature moderate, throat-tickling heat. Try it for marinating meat or fish, spray on salads or roasted vegetables and finish seafood dishes with it. Besides sushi, we love it on anything from the raw bar, fried New England seafood, fish and chips, poke, soba noodles and so on.

Try this salt spray anywhere you want a little extra salt and seasoning. We like it for moistening or seasoning nori for sushi rolls; spraying on poke, hot and cold noodle dishes; or adding to dips or soy sauce. Spray it on sandwiches or quesadillas or use in place of hot sauce, especially for dry wings. All of Kleiner Bär’s flavors are excellent for misting on fried food; the wasabi works great on seafood, everything from sushi, shrimp cocktail and the raw bar to fried New England seafood, fish and chips and roasted fish. Add a spritz to potato chips and popcorn, fried or grilled chicken or beef tartare.
