It can also be used in place of or in addition to whole mustard seeds, for an extra pop of pungent, spicy flavor. Use this powdered mustard in salad dressings dry rubs, or ground into homemade spice pastes. It's also fantastic mixed into egg yolks for spicy deviled eggs.
