Le Souk Ceramique Stovetop Tagine Cooker

Tagine is both the name of the cooking vessel and a broad variety of slow-cooked Moroccan stews. While you don’t have to have the pot to make the stew, they do provide terrific results by concentrating the rising steam into a flavorful cooking medium and resulting sauce.  This classic 12-inch stoneware model holds about 2 1/2 quarts and is durable enough to heat directly over a low flame before sliding into the oven.
