The Stir-Fry Collection

Flat-bottomed woks are the best vessel for whipping up stir-fries at home, providing maximum real estate for searing. Designed in conjunction with Kuhn Rikon, our wok is perfectly sized and its carbon-steel construction allows for quick, even heating. Included with the wok is a durable stainless wok spatula which matches the wok’s radius, a see-through cover, Imported Chopsticks (we looked at dozens of designs and chose these for their elegant simplicity) and richly flavored, moderately spicy Sichuan Chili Oil. We drizzle the addictively tingly stuff on everything from our breakfast eggs to fried noodles and stir-fried broccoli.
