HOW TO USE
Use this decadent honey in recipes that showcase its flavor, not hidden in the depths of a dessert or marinade. Dissolve a spoonful into herbal teas to complement the botanical notes, or stir it into simple oatmeal. Serve it with dairy for a mild yet creamy backdrop to its bold flavor: Drizzle it over toast with whole-milk ricotta, or add a dollop to yogurt or ice cream. Or simply drizzle over an apple or ripe stone fruit. Manuka honey is also an amazing addition to cheese plates, especially a ripe triple-crème brie or a nutty Stilton blue cheese.
