Unlike most curds, which are citrus-based, this one from Umikah is made with tart mixed berries and lychee. Spoonable and smooth, the buttery curd has notes of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry, plus a little extra tang from lime juice and tropical notes from passion fruit and lychee. Umikah’s curd is made with 100% natural ingredients and zero artificial additives. Creamy and silky, but not too thick or eggy, it is excellent on pound cake, with berries, as a filling for pies, cakes and desserts or simply on a spoon.
