Vegalene Bak-Klene All Purpose Spray

This all-purpose cooking and baking spray from Vegalene is the choice of professional bakers—and our secret to cleanly released baked goods. Bak-Klene relies on wheat starch for its performance, which combines with oils and propellant for excellent nonstick properties. The nozzle releases an even, thick, foamy coating of the spray and doesn’t clog, unlike other mass-market sprays. Plus, when applying Bak-Klene, you need about half of what you would if you were brushing a pan directly with oil (and it won’t leave a residue or ruin your pans). It’s excellent for getting every nook and cranny of unusually shaped pans or molds, like bundts or cannelle, but we also like it for pizza, brownies, muffins and so on.
