The history of the Moulin de la Veyssière starts back in the 12th century, when construction began on the historic French mill. In 1857, Jacques Elias purchased the mill and began making nut oils from scratch. Since then, the business has been passed down through the family, and the Moulin de la Veyssière remains the only active mill in the area.

HOW TO USE

Use in baked goods, loaf cakes, cookies and brownies. It’s also great for savory cooking—mix into salads dressings, like in our Chopped Kale Salad with Cilantro and Walnuts, add to roasted vegetables, or drizzle over risotto, like our Radicchio Risotto with Parmesan and Walnuts.
