Hijiki Seaweed Vinegar


Made from brown rice, dried hijiki seaweed, brown rice koji (for fermentation) and mountain spring water, this unique vinegar is slightly sweet with extra depth. Making the vinegar takes more than a year, and the result is aged for 3 to 5 years beyond that. Our tasters loved the strong briny flavor with the lingering finish.
