Nambu Tekki, or Nambu iron, is a traditional Japanese ironware founded in the Tohoku region during the Edo period (1803–1868). Japanese brand Iwachu, in business for 120 years, is known to be a classic manufacturer of this style of ironware, designing their cast-iron pan with painstaking detail.

Kitchen Notes

As with any cast-iron product, take care when cleaning. Wash with soap and warm water, then dry throughly and lightly oil to prevent rusting.
