Throw out your classic chef’s knife and use the Milk Street Kitchin-to instead—it’s a whole new approach to knife design. Part Chinese cleaver and part vegetable prep knife, the Kitchin-to has a super-thin blade for fast and easy prep, plus a safe lock-in grip handle that provides full control. It is also much lighter and easier to use than a traditional German chef’s knife, which is too heavy and hard to use for most home cooks. The rounded tip adds an extra layer of safety and the file pattern provides a secure place to put your fingers when choking up for precision cuts. The Kitchin-to will not only speed up prep and keep your fingers out of harm’s way, but also make recipe prep fun again for both big jobs (a pile of diced onions) or small (sliced garlic cloves).

Net Weight: 200 grams
Blade Length: 7.48 inches
Blade Steel: German 1.4116 steel
Handle: Black Polymer
Spine Thickness: 1.5 millimeters

The knife must be washed by hand and dried after each use immediately to ensure no staining occurs. Do not put in dishwasher.

To maintain the blade's edge, sharpen the Kitchin-to at a 17 degree angle.
