Cucumber slices, scallions, etc. stick and roll/drop to the floor unless they are brushed off by hand after each cut, exposing the user either to cut hazards. Alternative: annoying frequent application of the 5 second rule that follows a successful chase or search. Maybe Milk Street can expend some research labor into the phenomenon of high water content veg coins sticking to textured blades--something to do with surface tension vs blade face texture.
This is a comparatively minor nuisance; overall I like both the blade and handle size and shape very much.
Quality of the steel could use some improvement for longer edge retention, though I suspect that will impact the sales price. Adding the Suehiro Ceramic Water sharpener as a promotional freebie was a thoughtful addition. It sets up faster than my electric sharpener.
