Proud Grill Magnetic Two-Piece BBQ Tool Set
Replace your bulky collection of grill tools with Proud Grill’s Magnetic Two-Piece BBQ Tool Set. This multi-use tool serves as extra-long grill tongs when connected, but apart, one piece serves as a spatula while the other serves as a grill fork. The unique design works thanks to an easy-to-operate magnet: It keeps the tools connected as tongs—perfect for serving and rotating—or disconnects easily to separate the long, flat spatula for flipping burgers and the sturdy grill fork for picking up grilled chicken. And because the set is magnetic, you can take them apart and configure them however you like, then attach them to your grill when you’re done for safekeeping. Dishwasher-safe, this set can handle anything from chicken and steak to cauliflower with ease, without all the clutter of typical grill tools.
Milk Street Wok Serving Spatula
When stir-frying, mise en place isn’t just about your ingredients—it’s your tools, too. Reliant on moving food around a ripping hot wok quickly, stir-frying requires sturdy but agile equipment that can easily get under your ingredients, helping to prevent sticking and scorching. The right tools can make all the difference in how your dinner turns out.
Conventional spatulas simply don’t match the curved sides of a wok that are essential for efficient, high-heat cooking. And while fish spatulas and silicone spoons are great tools in the kitchen, they just aren’t made for the rigor and technique of stir-frying.
The Milk Street Wok Spatula is the right tool for the job. Designed to function flawlessly with the Milk Street Hammered Wok, this heavy-duty stainless steel spatula features a thin, rounded edge that perfectly mirrors the curved sides of the wok, making scooping, stirring and scraping a smooth and effortless task. The spatula’s non-slip textured handle provides the perfect grip for precise control in all conditions, no matter how wet or greasy things get. And it’s light enough to maneuver, allowing you to stay nimble while eliminating hand fatigue. It works well beyond the wok, too—sautéing, stirring pasta, even on the grill.
Milk Street Flex Spatula
The Milk Street Flex Spatula is an indispensable and endlessly useful kitchen tool for sautéing, stir-frying, grilling and more. The 6.5-inch flexible paddle is lightweight and easy to manipulate, yet it's sturdy enough to lift half-pound burgers and whole grilled cheese sandwiches. The sharp, angled edge and ultrathin design will easily slide underneath delicate foods like eggs, pancakes or its namesake fish fillets. Plus, the spatula’s slats make it perfect for lifting frying foods from the pan as the cooking oil drips right through. And it might be the world’s best tool for serving light, crumbly cakes.
Kitchen Note: This spatula isn’t designed for nonstick cookware and can scratch those surfaces.
Milk Street Wok Skimmer
When using a wok, mise en place isn’t just about your ingredients—it’s about your tools, too. Draining liquids and oils away quickly while stir-frying, frying or boiling requires sturdy but agile equipment with enough surface area to easily get under your ingredients, while keeping your hands at a safe distance. The right tools can make all the difference in how your dinner turns out.
Milk Street’s Wok Skimmer is custom-designed to work seamlessly with the Milk Street Hammered Wok. This well-built, stainless steel tool features the right handle length and bowl size for nimble and efficient use, unlike flimsy, poorly made tools that aren’t big or wide enough to be effective in a wok. It scoops, strains and drains effortlessly—and excels when used in tandem with the Milk Street Wok Spatula. The satin-finished steel is dishwasher-safe, rust-proof and nearly impervious to wear.
And despite its name, the Milk Street Wok Skimmer is terrific beyond the wok. Its uniquely perforated head makes it an ideal tool for lifting blanched vegetables or deep-fried foods out of hot water and red-hot oil. Or use it to strain delicate stuffed pastas, like tortellini or spaetzle, out of a simmering pot to avoid breaking them. It’s even great for skimming broths and stocks.
Suncraft Silicone Spatula
Most spatulas are either too soft or too firm—rendering them useless for doing two tasks at the same time, like mixing dough then flexing to scrape the edge of the bowl—or come in two pieces that become home to grime between uses. Thankfully, Suncraft’s Silicone Spatulas solve both of these problems. The Small Silicone Spatula features both a hard stainless steel core and a flexible soft side, so you can use the same tool for as many jobs as needed. Try it for anything from mixing small amounts of ingredients and melting chocolate to scraping out small jam jars.
The Large model has the same strong, stainless steel spine that creates a hard, squared-off tip, plus the silicone exterior that creates a flexible soft edge, so you can use the same tool for as many jobs as needed. It’s perfect for anything from scraping up the remnants of batter from a bowl cleanly and kneading hard butter.
Exclusive to Milk Street, the stainless steel core of these spatulas undergoes the same hardening process as a knife, making it ultra-durable to avoid bending. Equally as durable is the black silicone material itself, which is made extra firm to stand up to the inner core so it won’t rip through. The square silicone handle also offers complete comfort with just the right amount of softness to help maneuver easily. Heat-resistant up to 428 degrees Fahrenheit, use the spatulas while frying or handling hot sugar, then simply stick them in the dishwasher when you’re done.
GIR Ultimate Whisk
Balloon whisks, the classic bulb-shaped wire whisk every kitchen needs, are not all alike—some are heavy and tiring to use over long periods of whisking, while others are flimsy and inefficient. We tested seven models to find the best one, and the GIR Whisk won by a landslide. It’s built for all-purpose mixing: to combine dry ingredients, remove lumps from batters, mixtures and sauces and incorporate air into whipped cream and egg whites. Made from 12 high-quality stainless steel wires, the whisk’s head is designed to optimize wire tension and spacing to create the best foam and aeration. This is balanced by a handle made from platinum-cured, pharmaceutical-grade silicone, which is safer than food-grade silicone and more resistant to wear-and-tear. It’s solid enough to grip comfortably, while staying light enough to allow maximum vibration (without wearing out your wrist). The whisk is modestly sized, clocking in at just over 11 inches tip to end, but offers plenty of whipping power—as much as some of the larger, commercial-kitchen-sized products we tried.
Like all GIR products, the ultimate whisk is stain-, odor-, and microbe-resistant plus it heat-resistant up to dishwasher-safe.
Aux Co. Ltd. Gassiri Tongs
Though upon first glance Aux Co. Ltd’s Gassiri Tongs seem just like any other pair, our kitchen team was blown away after testing them. The rounded shape makes it easy to pick up spherical items like meatballs, eggs or potatoes that may run away using a normal pair of tongs. But the sides of these tongs are what really set them apart—one is designed with slits and the other with a scoop that can hold about a tablespoon of liquid. Use the slotted side to strain out unwanted liquid, like when rendering bacon, or use the scoop side to add pasta water to your sauce. Sturdy stainless steel construction—complete with a sufficient handle length—also makes these tongs strong and safe so you can pick up heavy, hot ingredients without any problems. However, they can still be used delicately—they work just as well picking up a strand of spaghetti or a soft boiled egg.
Suncraft Silicone Cooking Chopsticks
Streamline your cooking with cooking chopsticks—replace your spatula, tongs, whisk and spoon as you turn, flip, mix and stir with one sleek tool. Longer than chopsticks designed for dining, cooking chopsticks keep your hands far from heat and flames, which makes them safer for risky jobs like deep-frying. And they’re more precise than tongs or spatulas: Gripping food with the pointed ends means you can target even pieces or parts of a single ingredient with extra dexterity, for specific control and even cooking. Suncraft’s are simultaneously fine enough to pick up a single noodle to test doneness or an herb sprig while plating, while also being sturdy enough to toss a whole stir-fry with speed and confidence.
What sets these apart from other cooking chopsticks is a small scoop for seasoning at the thicker end, perfectly sized to add a pinch of salt, pepper or spice while cooking, and a textured point on the narrow end, which provides traction and helps grip food better. Made from durable silicone—which won’t scratch up your pans—these chopsticks are heat resistant up to 446°F and dishwasher-safe.

GIR Silicone Flip Spatulas
GIR's Flip spatulas have broad, angled blades designed for lifting and—you guessed it—flipping foods. Their sturdy construction can handle your heaviest steaks, while the edge is finely tapered and flexible enough to slide under delicate foods like fish or eggs. The spatulas are made with pharmaceutical-grade, BPA-free silicone that is heat-resistant up to a whopping 550 degrees Fahrenheit, so they won't melt or warp over time. We also love their unibody design: A seamless layer of silicone covers a fiberglass core, making it easier to clean. The materials also have low heat retention, so you don't have to worry about burning yourself every time you leave your spatula resting on the edge of a pan. It's gentle on your nonstick pans yet durable enough that you can even use it over an outdoor grill on medium-high heat (about 400 degrees). Choose between the Mini size for your morning eggs, the Ultimate for whole chicken thighs, or even the Lefty version.
Dreamfarm Flisk 3-in-1 Whisk
We know it’s easy to be skeptical of the infamous kitchen multitool, but believe us when we say the Flisk is not a gimmick. Our kitchen team was blown away by the quality. This nifty tool didn’t win a Red Dot design award for nothing. It seamlessly shifts between three different shapes with a simple click of the knob located at the end of the handle. The first setting is a classic balloon whisk, perfect for beating egg whites into stiff peaks or making a quick batch of homemade whipped cream, and another half-opened setting (it’s narrowly X shaped when looked at from above) is ideal for stirring sauces, as it can also sneak into the edges of pans to make sure everything’s evenly mixed. Lastly, it folds completely flat, which does wonders for deglazing a pan and also for easy, tangle-free storage. We found the durable plastic of the ergonomic handle to stand up to a good amount of wear and tear and so can the Flisk’s 10 wires. They’re made from high-vibration spring steel to give you maximum aeration efficiency with (this means fluffy frostings in a flash) and are hygienically sealed within the handle.
Aux Co. Ltd. Japan Sukueru Knife
This unique serving spoon-knife combo tool is a must-have for serving. Right at the table (or the picnic blanket or the potluck), you can use the serrated edge to cut out your perfect portion of food and then use the dipped bowl of the spoon to easily scoop it into your plate. The concave shape and wider width actually lifts up the food and holds it there—it won’t go tumbling back onto the platter like it would with a classic narrow, triangular server. The blade is sharp enough to cut through pizza crust and it’s ideal for slicing through gooey lasagna without lopping off that top layer of chewy cheese trying to slice and serve. Plus, it’s made from durable, dishwasher safe stainless steel with a satin finish, which is great for camouflaging scratches after frequent use. (And we promise you’ll be using this tool quite a bit.)
Dreamfarm Brizzle Basting Brush
This ingenious silicone tool won a Good Design Award because it makes basting with pan juices, drizzling oil or brushing egg wash much easier, more efficient and less messy. The flexible brush head of the Brizzle by Dreamfarm includes a cup that bends to scoop up 1 tablespoon of liquid—the equivalent of 15 dips of a regular basting brush—from hard-to-reach corners without having to tilt a heavy baking dish or tray. Four holes hidden among the 100 bristles let the liquid drizzle through, making it easy to spread quickly over the surface. And a weighted curved handle keeps the brush head off the counter so it creates less mess. We especially love using it to baste pastries with melted butter or egg wash or to apply a thin layer of barbecue sauce to grilled meats. It’s also nonstick, won’t trap bacteria, dishwasher safe and heat resistant to 500°F. Choose from red or black to complement your kitchen decor.
GIR Ladle
The GIR Ladle simplifies cooking by combining the scoop of a ladle with the flexibility of a silicone spatula into one tool. The sides of the deep, pliable bowl bend so you can reach into the corners of a pan or pot to scoop up every bit of liquid without scratching even nonstick surfaces. Unlike other flimsier ladles on the market, this utensil won’t flop under pressure when filled to the brim. Handy measurement markings on the inside of the cup make it easier to portion out quantities of things like batter, so your pancakes or muffins will always be consistent. Plus, the ladles are made with pharmaceutical-grade, BPA-free silicone that is heat-resistant up to a whopping 550℉, so they won't melt or warp over time. Choose between the Ultimate, which holds ¾ of a cup of liquid and is perfect for all-purpose cooking, or the Skinny, which holds a ¼ cup and is great for smaller saucepans or canning. Both are available in red or slate.
Cuisipro Silicone Balloon Whisk
Because of their robust construction and fine machining, Cuisipro’s award-winning precision tools are elevated kitchen essentials and a pleasure to use. For a whisk that won’t damage your nonstick pan as you make a roux or scramble eggs, the company’s patented Silicone Balloon Whisk is a must-have item. Its tines are made with stainless steel that is sturdy enough to whisk molten caramel into a smooth sauce, while the silicone coating protects cookware that might get scratched by a conventional balloon whisk. And, with a high heat resistance of 575 degrees Fahrenheit, you can use it directly on the stove. A cap at the end of the handle ensures that no cake batter or meringue will get stuck at the base of the tines, making clean-up easier. It’s even dishwasher-safe.

Dreamfarm BBQ Brizzle
This barbecue-friendly basting brush is a larger version of Dreamfarm’s Good Design Award-winning Brizzle, the ingenious silicone tool that makes basting easier, more efficient and less messy. The BBQ Brizzle retains the flexible brush head of the original, which bends to scoop up liquid from hard-to-reach corners of bowls or pans to make it easy to spread thick barbecue sauce or glaze over your grilling meat. A weighted curved handle—longer than the original to keep hands a safe distance from the fire—keeps the brush head off the counter (a boon for avoiding both messes and cross-contamination). It’s also nonstick, won’t trap bacteria, dishwasher-safe and heat resistant to 500°F.
Professional Secrets Chef Fork
This durable, stainless steel fork from Professional Secrets stands out among the rest because its food and pasta-friendly prongs grip food properly without slippage or damage. This sturdy fork consists of a single, solid, continuous piece, making it less likely to break, unlike lesser quality varieties. We love the great design offered here along with the solid weight and the feel of it in our hands.
