Caramel Kitchen
A family-owned business, Caramel Kitchen handcrafts caramel sauces with all natural ingredients in small batches. Stephanie and Brad Hunter, the husband-wife team behind the business, have gone from from making single batches of salted caramel for friends and family in their garage to a FDA-approved facility. With the help of women who graduated from Union Gospel Mission's Life Recovery Program, a local addiction recovery program, the Hunters make 600 bottles of caramel per day in copper kettles.
