The heft is a perfect grip. The blade is so sharp. It cuts flawlessly and effortlessly. The wood cover is such a neat touch. Just bumps the knife up to a whole different level. So elegant.

Not only is this knife a gorgeous piece that starts conversations while I’m prepping in front of guests, it is comfortable in my hands! The wood handle is the perfect grip size for me and it doesn’t get slick or slippery while I’m getting down and dirty with juicy veggies or fish! I feel confident and super boogie using this knife!!
Great knife for the price. Definitely makes food prep fun. Sharp and great tool for the kitchen. Slices easily and am not worried about safety. Just keeper honed. Weight of the knife is great.
