Our Holiday shipping deadlines

As you've probably heard by now, the global supply chain is backed up, national shipping times can be impacted. We don't want you to get stuck without a gift to give this holiday season, so please take note of our shipping deadlines (recommended by FedEx) to ensure your gifts get there on time.

Holiday Shipping FAQ

  • How do I send a gift without an address?

    We're happy to offer a new gifting solution.

    One Product: Choose "Send as a gift" on the product page, this will prompt you to enter the giftees information. Follow the prompts and a text will be sent to the giftee, they will see the gift (they can swap it for equal or lesser value), accept and then enter their own shipping information. Once ready you will be prompted to complete payment.

    Multiple products to one address: Choose "Send as a gift" in the cart, this will prompt you to enter the giftees information. Follow the prompts and a text will be sent to the giftee, they will see the gifts, accept and then enter their own shipping information. Once ready you will be prompted to complete payment.

  • Free Shipping Over $125*

    We offer free standard shipping on all purchases $125+ in the 48 contiguous states.

  • What is your Shipping Policy?

    Milk Street offers competitive shipping rates throughout the United States, territories of the United States and US Armed Forces locations. Most items ship via FedEx or the USPS. All items will be sent with the ability to be tracked. Tracking information will be forwarded as soon as available. Because we work with vendors from across the country, orders for multiple items may arrive in more than one shipment.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Not at this time. We hope to do so in the near future. Stay tuned!

  • When will I get my order?

    Most items ship within 3-4 business days. The items ship from across the United States via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS priority.

    Due to global supply chain delays, we recommend getting your holiday shopping done early! Please see our recommended shipping deadlines above.

  • What if I receive a damaged item?

    If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order. Contact us at store@177milkstreet.com and include your name, order number and photo of the damaged item. Upon receiving this information, we will do out best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
