Milk Street Extra Virgin Oil is cold-extracted from Spanish olives with a mild, delicate flavor and smooth, buttery quality that isn't overly rich or cloying. We partnered with artisanal producer Olio Roi to source our olive oil; the fourth-generation company has been producing olive oil since 1900 and sources only the highest-quality olive oil that is selected by professional tasters. We chose our olive oil based on its light, wonderfully soft flavor, which has a remarkable capacity to heighten a dish without distracting. Milk Street’s Sichuan Salt tingles the tongue with prickly Sichuan peppercorns rounded out with warm five-spice powder, musky white pepper and a touch of sugar. Well rounded, it's an all-purpose seasoning that we dust over roast chicken, seared steaks, vegetable stir fries, chewy fried noodles and snacks like popcorn. Milk Street Lemon Herb Spiced Salt
Inspired by Georgian cooking’s deft touch with spices, Milk Street's Lemon Herb Spiced Salt is a light, bright and bold blend of coriander, lemon and dill, boosted with sharp mustard and caraway seeds. Use it as a spice rub before cooking or as a garnish for seafood, vegetables and chicken. We originally developed the blend for the latter: Season whole or spatchcocked chickens before roasting, or use as a spice rub—blended with paprika if you like—on chicken breasts to sauté.
