Mastrad Three-Piece Mixing Bowls
This durable three-piece metal mixing bowl set from French brand Mastrad is designed to do more than just hold ingredients. Equipped with a non-slip silicone base for extra stability, these bowls won’t shift or slip at all while mixing, stirring or folding. The steep sides, fitted with measurement lines on the inside, help keep food from spilling out. Unlike regular mixing bowls, each bowl in this set comes with a transparent fitted lid for storage, perfect for keeping an eye on freshness. But even better, each lid is also splatter-proof and contains a removable middle piece so you can whisk, beat or blend without making a mess. The largest two lids can even fit an immersion blender! When not in use, this nesting set stores compactly, so it won’t take up too much space in your cabinet. Available exclusively online at Milk Street in the US.
Soom Premium Tahini
Many supermarket tahinis are over-roasted, which gives them an unpleasant, bitter flavor. They are also too thick and hard to stir into a creamy blend. Soom's tahini has a full, nutty flavor as well as a pourable and well-balanced texture, made from roasted and pressed premium white sesame seeds that have an ideal oil-to-protein ratio.
Cuisipro Measuring Cups
Because of their robust construction and fine machining, Cuisipro’s award-winning precision tools are elevated kitchen essentials and a pleasure to use. These stainless steel measuring cups are our favorite brand because their perfectly flat rims make it easier for leveling off ingredients with a knife, while their elongated elliptical shape can fit into narrower containers. We found that the longer handles are useful for scooping ingredients—with these cups, you won’t need to stick your hand deep into a bag of flour each time you bake. These cups are also visually appealing; both the eyelet hole at the end of the cup and the handle shape have contours that echo the clever oval design.
Cera Bakeware Loaf Pan
Greasing your glass bakeware with butter, oil or spray is usually one of the first steps in a recipe—and more often than not, most baked goods still stick to the pan anyway. Not so with Cera bakeware, designed in Japan to be truly nonstick, without any need for extra greasing agents, flour or parchment. And it’s only available in the US at Milk Street. Made from ceramic-coated glass that is durable, easy to wash and completely nonstick, this loaf pan is the perfect vessel for loaf cakes. Anything you cook in it will come out cleanly, without any fuss or mess. The frosted glass is also easy on the eyes, ensuring your dish can go seamlessly from oven to table.
Milk Street Precision Rolling Pin
The Milk Street Rolling Pin will ship by March 30
Unless you are a pastry chef, getting pie and cookie dough (even pasta dough) rolled out evenly to an exact thickness is perhaps the hardest skill to master in the kitchen. The Milk Street Precision Rolling Pin solves this problem so that even novice bakers can get it right the first time, every time. How does it work? Simply screw in the end caps for the desired height and roll out your crust or dough. (The ends are thicker than the middle by the thickness you want for the dough.) This system is extra-sturdy and easy to use and the pin is plenty long, 23 inches, to handle any width of dough. Plus, we added a laster-etched ruler to the length of the beechwood pin for measuring pans and ensuring your dough is just the right width. You can also use this pin without the end caps - it is 18-inches long and perfect for smaller, more delicate tasks.
GIR Silicone Spatulas
GIR's silicone spatulas are beautiful, durable and heat-resistant up to a whopping 550 degrees Fahrenheit, so they won't warp or melt when you're cooking. They have a unibody design, with a layer of pharmaceutical-grade, BPA-free silicone wrapped around a heat-resistant polymer core, so they will never break. We like that the nonporous material is easy to clean and antimicrobial—it also won't pick up any odors or flavors, unlike wood. The thin blade is sturdy yet flexible, perfect for scraping food from the edges of your containers. GIR offers these spatulas in both an Ultimate and Skinny size, so you can use them with your largest mixing bowls or narrowest jam jars.
Ash Creek Oregon Roasted Hazelnuts
Ash Creek’s Roasted Hazelnuts showcase the nuts’ rich, clean flavor, with no added salt or sugar. The producer cultivates the Jefferson varietal of hazelnut—known for its extra-buttery, bold, warm taste and generous size—in the fertile soil of the Willamette Valley. After the nuts are grown using sustainable methods on their family farm, Ash Creek roasts them until they’re golden brown yet still clinging to a bit of their flavorful skin.
Tastëlanghe Hazelnut Caramel
Incredibly hard to find in the U.S., Tonda Gentile hazelnuts are considered some of the best in the world. Grown exclusively in the Langhe area of Piedmont, Italy, Tastëlanghe has been producing them since 1891. In their Hazelnut (Nocciola) Caramel, those renowned hazelnuts turn into a creamy, rich, sweet caramelly spread with a hint of salt. Light in texture but deep in flavor, this spread is full of caramel flavor from a mixture of caramelized hazelnuts and milk that is cooked down to perfection. It’s like dulce de leche, but less dense and far more flavorful. Spoon it onto ice cream, cakes, cookies, or any baked good, spread on toast or eat straight from the jar!
Tastëlanghe Hazelnut Dark Chocolate Spread
Incredibly hard to find in the U.S., Tonda Gentile hazelnuts are considered some of the best in the world. Grown exclusively in the Langhe area of Piedmont, Italy, Tastëlanghe has been producing them since 1891. In their Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (Nocciola Dark), those renowned hazelnuts turn into a creamy, rich, sweet dark chocolate spread. Light in texture but deep in flavor, this spread has just a hint of dark chocolate and intense notes of roasted hazelnuts. It’s like Nutella, but less dense, far more flavorful, and with only natural ingredients. Use it to spoon onto ice cream, cakes, cookies, or any baked good or anywhere you would Nutella, spread on toast, or eat straight from the jar!

Cuisipro Baking Sheet
Made with a double layer of premium nonstick, PFOA-free coating, these carbon steel baking sheets release baked foods easily. The wavy texture on the surface of the pan is more than just decorative, promoting even airflow to ensure consistent browning and baking (no hot spots here!). Our testers found that even without the nonstick spray, parchment paper, or foil, foods baked on these pans—including cookies, sticky broiled chicken thighs, and crispy, skin-on salmon—slid right off. And any stuck-on sauce or melted chocolate sprayed right off when cleaning. The best part? The sheet heats up to 500°F (260°C), significantly above the heat tolerance of most baking sheets, with minimal warping and zero sticking. Plus, the sheets’ 1-inch-tall sides are easy to grip when removing from the oven—and when cleaning. Available in small, medium, and large sizes.
Cuisipro Cooling Rack
Easy to tuck away and store, this cooling rack from Cuisipro features the same double layer of premium nonstick coating as the rest of their baking collection. Freshly made baked goods will cool evenly without sticking on this durable wire rack.
Cuisipro Measuring Spoons
Every element of these stainless steel measuring spoons was thoughtfully designed to conveniently reach the bottoms of your most narrow spice containers, from the oval bowl to the long, slender handle. Their durable stainless steel feels sturdy and balanced in the hand, and the contours of the handle are comfortable to grip. We especially like that the spoons feature a gentle curve at the end that keeps them upright on countertops—no more spilled salt—and helps the spoons neatly nest into each other for compact storage.
Vain Vanilla Original Baker's Blend Pure Vanilla Extract
This small-batch vanilla extract from Kansas-based Vain Vanilla is prepared completely by hand using only the best ingredients. The Original Baker's Blend is made with top-shelf rum that emphasizes vanilla's sweet characteristics and adds its own cane-sugar dimension. We especially love that Vain Vanilla leaves its vanilla pods in the bottle, which has two benefits. First, over time the extract will continue to deepen in color and become more complex as the pods release more flavor compounds. Second, when you're done with the vanilla extract, you can still slice open the pods and use the beans themselves in your desserts.
La Chamba 2-Quart Square Casserole
Made of black clay, a typical medium for traditional Colombian pottery, this 2-quart casserole works beautifully for roasting vegetables, poultry or meat or for baked pastas like lasagna. La Chamba’s casserole dishes are still made the traditional way, by families in central Colombia who practice their craft on the banks of the Magdalena River. This striking black baker transitions easily from kitchen to table; the unglazed clay has a light, sophisticated sheen and the casserole will retain heat long after coming off of the heat, thanks to the naturally occurring mica in the clay. As each piece is handmade by Colombian artisans, slight imperfections in form or finish are to be expected. It is appropriate for the oven or microwave, but despite being incredibly sturdy and long-lasting, black clay pieces should be heated slowly, as they can’t withstand drastic changes in temperature.
Dreamfarm Mini Flisk 3-in-1 Whisk
We know it’s easy to be skeptical of the infamous kitchen multitool, but believe us when we say the Flisk is not a gimmick. Our kitchen team was blown away by the quality. This nifty tool didn’t win a Red Dot design award for nothing. It seamlessly shifts between three different shapes with a simple click of the knob located at the end of the handle. The first setting is a classic balloon whisk, perfect for beating egg whites into stiff peaks or making a quick batch of homemade whipped cream, and another half-opened setting (it’s narrowly X shaped when looked at from above) is ideal for stirring sauces, as it can also sneak into the edges of pans to make sure everything’s evenly mixed. Lastly, it folds completely flat, which does wonders for deglazing a pan and also for easy, tangle-free storage. We found the durable plastic of the ergonomic handle to stand up to a good amount of wear and tear and so can the Flisk’s 10 wires. They’re made from high-vibration spring steel to give you maximum aeration efficiency with (this means fluffy frostings in a flash) and are hygienically sealed within the handle.

Koy Pantry Antep Pistachio Butter
There are only two ingredients in Koy Pantry’s Pistachio Butter, but this textured nut spread is packed with intense flavor. Unlike other nut butters on the market that are dense and artificial-tasting, Koy Pantry’s rendition tastes only of pure pistachios, nothing else. Made from Antep pistachios, a Türkiye-grown nut renowned for its vibrant green color and creamy, buttery flavor, it’s sweet, nutty and bright—and perfectly spreadable, with a consistency similar to almond butter. All pistachios are carefully sourced and selected from local Turkish farms, then air-dried, cracked and ground with a bit of sugar for a flavorful—not cloying—result. Slather it on toast, cakes, cookies and pastries, whip into frosting, fold into batters or ice cream base, blend into a smoothie, stir into yogurt or eat it straight off the spoon. The possibilities are endless.
