Coop’s MicroCreamery was founded in 2009 by Marc Cooper, an engineer turned ice cream expert, who set out to make an addictive hot fudge sauce using only high-quality, premium ingredients. Since 2011, his hot fudge sauces have been popular in the Boston area, winning awards and adding chocolatey richness to ice cream.
