Here at Milk Street, we have developed six new seasoned salts to upgrade your cooking in just seconds. Our Mexican-style Chili Lime salt also contains a hint of brown sugar and is great on meat, beans, even popcorn. The sweet-savory flavor of our Sesame Matcha, inspired by Japanese cuisine, is perfect for soup, noodles and sweet berries. We have added mustard seed and cardamom to our Madras Curry, which we love on chicken, eggs and seafood. Cumin and Pepper pairs nicely with rich meats or root vegetables such as potatoes. Light, bright Lemon Herb contains coriander and caraway and is a nice addition to chicken, greens and seafood. Finally, earthy Persian Mint with cardamom and cumin is ideal with meat, salmon and vegetables.
Milk Street Chili Lime Spiced Salt
This seasoned salt is Milk Street's homage to a ubiqitious tangy-tart spiced salt we tried in Mexico, which is dusted on everything from street corn to roasted meat. Our spin on this do-it-all garnish is tart, spicy and smoky-sweet, made with a blend of chilies, lime and earthy brown sugar.
Milk Street Persian Mint Spiced Salt
This earthy Milk Street seasoning salt is inspired by the sophisticated spice profile of Persian cooking, featuring bold cardamom and cumin lightened with mint and bracing black pepper. It's a complex, all-purpose blend that tastes especially good on rich meats like lamb or beef.
Milk Street Lemon Herb Spiced Salt
Inspired by Georgian cooking’s deft touch with spices, Milk Street's Lemon Herb Spiced Salt is a light, bright and bold blend of coriander, lemon and dill, boosted with sharp mustard and caraway seeds. Use it as a spice rub before cooking or as a garnish for seafood, vegetables and chicken. We originally developed the blend for the latter: Season whole or spatchcocked chickens before roasting, or use as a spice rub—blended with paprika if you like—on chicken breasts to sauté. Blend into yogurt with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice for a crudité dip or quick dressing; we also like it on cucumber salads. Or toss with shrimp, butter, and a stiff shot of lemon juice after a quick saute for an inspired spin on scampi.

We developed this husky, pungent seasoning blend based on hawaij, a Yemeni blend primarily composed of cumin, black pepper and cardamom, with salt and a touch of sugar to balance the fragrant spices. The bold flavor is at its best on rich meats, like lamb, beef or salmon. We also dust it over roasted carrots, cauliflower and sweet potatoes or use it to creamy pumpkin or cauliflower soup. Sprinkle over store-bought hummus or add a spoonful to your next batch of baba ghanoush.
