The First "Smart" Pin I Have Come Across That Really Gets the Job Done
I have been rolling out pie dough for decades now and have avoided the gimmicky models - the ones made of marble, the ones with adjustable ends, etc. But getting dough to an even thickness is tricky and especially important when working with cookie dough and pastries where perfect matters. I love this pin since it is sturdy, well-made, and the end caps screw on easily to provide a really stable, no-sense pin that measures almost two-feet across, plenty big for any job. In short, this is no gimmick - it is the first “smart” pin I have come across that really gets the job done and will last and last.
