Many roasting pans do a poor job at, well, roasting. That’s why we designed the Milk Street Enamel Roasting Pan: a lightweight, built-to-last kitchen staple that outperforms glass, ceramic and flimsy metal versions. Durably designed with enameled steel, the pan has both the cooking benefits of steel—it can withstand up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit and consistently distributes heat—and the long-lasting, nonstick technology of enamel. This ingenious combination results in a virtually indestructible, non-reactive and non-porous pan, meaning the days of rust, sticking, burning and staining are over. It releases food easily; simply wash with soap and hot water when done. And unlike other enamelware on the market, ours has roomy, comfortable handles—perfect for securely gripping while removing from the oven and hassle-free transferring to the table.
