I filleted some thick slabs of sword fish earlier, and expected the slender handle to be possibly a problem, but it really felt great in my hand. In spite of getting a bit wet. The back end of the blade keeps the fingers securely where they need to be. For slicing or chopping, it's the knife to have. Bottom line is, at 80, I cook to live, and don't live to cook.
